ena Development Consultants has joined the European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing (Textile ETP) as a Networking Member, further strengthening its participation in European innovation ecosystems that promote sustainability, collaboration, and technological advancement within the textile sector.

The company's membership in Textile ETP was established in the framework of its participation in the Horizon Europe project TRUSTex, which focuses on sustainable textile waste management and the development of innovative approaches supporting the transition towards a circular textile economy.

About Textile ETP

The European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing (Textile ETP) was established in 2004 to bring together the needs of the European textile and clothing industry with the scientific expertise and technological capabilities of universities, research organisations, and technology providers.

Today, Textile ETP represents a broad network of stakeholders covering the entire textile value chain, from raw materials and fibre production to manufacturing, recycling, and end-use applications. The platform serves as a hub for networking, knowledge exchange, strategic collaboration, and access to European funding opportunities, supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector.

Supporting the Objectives of TRUSTex

Through its participation in Textile ETP, ena Development Consultants enhances the dissemination, communication, and exploitation potential of the TRUSTex project.

The platform provides access to a dynamic European innovation ecosystem, creating opportunities to engage with industry representatives, research organisations, policymakers, and technology developers. These connections will support the promotion and uptake of the solutions developed within TRUSTex for sustainable textile waste management and the implementation of innovative Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) models across the textile sector.

Strengthening ena’s Presence in European Innovation Networks

Joining Textile ETP represents another important milestone in ena Development Consultants’ commitment to European research and innovation initiatives.

The membership provides access to strategic partnerships, specialised expertise, and future collaboration opportunities, further strengthening the company’s role in supporting sustainable development, circular economy practices, and innovation-driven growth across Europe.

Through active participation in European networks and projects, ena Development Consultants continues to contribute to the development of practical and impactful solutions that address societal, environmental, and industrial challenges.
